So i weigh 143. which is bad (in my opinion)
I’m a TINY bit over 5’6” and although my weight is healthy, i dont FEEL healthy. I can weigh 130 and be at the lower range of what is considered normal for my age range/gender/height or whatever.
I really want to weigh 125 but idk how realistic that is….
So yeah, back on my diet! i made it down to 135 last time let’s see where I end up this time :)
-no more alcohol.
lost 20 lbs when i got back from tx. gained 5.
now, months later, im starting to lose some again :)
Heaviest weight: 160
Weight i’ve kept up with: 145
Current weight: 143 :)
And goal weight: 120 or 125
Lost 10-lbs……then i was down to 12. Now I’m back to 10 :/
This is frustrating. I’m having NO problem keeping that 10-;bs off, but i need to lose a little more to feel like i weigh an average (not overweight) …weight lol

I think its important that girls look at this and realize not everyone is supposed to be 100 pounds…
Well I guess I’m closer to my target weight than I am to the “danger” weight…… I’ve lost a total of 7lbs since being home (and i weighed myself AFTER dinner!)—home for less than a week :D
